Avra Beverly Hills

Avra Beverly Hills gave me the "When in Greece" vibes. I recently dined at Avra Beverly Hills, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. The ambiance was enchanting, with a tasteful blend of contemporary design and Mediterranean influences, creating an inviting atmosphere. The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the overall charm, making us feel like valued guests. Avra's Mediterranean-inspired cuisine was nothing short of outstanding. Each dish was a delightful journey of flavors and textures. The seafood was exceptionally fresh and expertly prepared, leaving a lasting impression. The drink/wine selection was also impressive, offering a wide range of choices to complement the meal perfectly. And for dessert, the sweet creations were the perfect finale to our dining experience.. I can wholeheartedly recommend Avra to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience in Beverly Hills.

Great customer service. 1st time here. Never had a Greek salad before today and let me tell you there's made me a believer!!! Presentation was on point. Flavors the aromas the whole mood. And this was just LUNCH.. I can see why so many celebrities eat here.

Los Angeles has so many great restaurants, and Avra in Beverly Hills is one of my new top three favorites! The menu is Greek, with a few influences from California, and there are a few “Mediterranean” dishes if you’re nervous about Greek food. It’s pretty large for a Beverly Hills restaurant, but you should still make dinner reservations. Very cool indoor/outdoor patio setting. I loved everything we ordered, and my wife said the butter cake is the best she has ever had.

Magnificent across the board with its beautiful space, sharp dressed perfectly attentive staff, and delicious food. My favorite type of meal is a set menu because it’s a great way to experience a whole meal planned out. So of course it was my choice. All the food was perfection, grilled octopus, big eye tuna tartare, whole fish, roasted lamb and orange cake. The Greek wine was wonderful and the Venus cocktail perfectly balanced. Beginning to end it was superb.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating at Avra Beverly Hills. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was attentive and warm. The whole atmosphere felt festive and elegant — exactly what you expect from a place like this. There was one unpleasant moment at the beginning: despite booking in advance and specifying where we’d like to sit, we were first offered a table in the far corner of the dining room because we had our daughter with us. After I refused, we were seated near the waiters’ station, which also wasn’t ideal. Only on the third attempt did we finally get a proper table. It was clear the issue was related to the child, but she is not a 6-month-old baby who could disturb the vibe. That said, the food and the level of service made me forget about this incident and fully enjoy the evening. In the end, we left with warm impressions and gratitude for a special night.

Avra is always an amazing dining experience. The food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor. especially the seafood, which is consistently top-quality. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. Everything from the appetizers to the desserts is beautifully prepared and delicious. If you’re looking for great food and a refined dining vibe, Avra never disappoints!

That was quite an experience. The complimentary hummus and bread were actually really tasty, especially the little red radishes - it has a natural sweetness just perfect with the hummus. The fish was amazing- it is light but with lemon it was just an amazingly tasty and healthy dinner for me. I think their recommendation of 1 pound was just perfect - mine was slightly bigger hence a bit too much but I finished it just because it was really good. I ordered the traditional tea from the Mediterranean area - you should wait a bit to let the flavor come out before you drink, a uniquely spicy flavor kind of refreshing. Service was pretty great as well.

Definitely one of the better restaurants in the area. Every item we had was excellent. The flavor profiles of each dish was clearly carefully considered and cooked just right. Really well presented and reasonable portions. The starters are easy to share with 4 and maybe even more. A great place to celebrate with friends. I definitely will come again. Reservations are a must, try to book ahead, even for lunch.
